Tired of feeling like the inferior sister, Fubuki manages to get her hands on a monster cell and eagerly eats it. However, instead of turning her into an inhuman monster, it instead causes her grow taller than the highest skyscraper and amplifies her esper abilities to previously impossible levels.
With her new abilities, Fubuki tears through the fabric of reality and opens a portal into a dimension with no heroes or monsters to oppose her. Realizing her power over the people of this newly discovered world (and perhaps feeling a little bit power mad as a side effect of the monster cell transformation), the former hero is more than ready to show her subjects why she is called the Blizzard of Hell.
