Sir Frederick is a Paladin on a quest with his companion, Elara.
Sir Frederick is usually above average height, and quite muscular, with crusader type armor, which makes him look imposing. Elara is a sorceress. She's tall, busty and has an infectious sense of humor.
One of her favorite things to do when Sir Frederick becomes too macho, is shrink him down to size, just to show him she's the one in charge.
