A few unruly mice she swallowed as punishment are continuing their riot in her tummy, pushing and struggling about violently, giving poor Sarina a bad stomachache. As she sits agains the wall (facing the viewer) to ease her stomach, her more faithfull subjects try to please her with fanning, foot massages and offering water, none of which seem to be helping to calm the rebellion going on in her tummy.
