Ishgard's Savior

While traveling back from the Source, Y’shtola accidentally found herself traveling back in time when the great dragon Nidhogg was attacking Ishgard. Using her new-found power, she decided to take care of the dragon in her own amusing way. Calling upon the true powers of Aether, she cast a magnification spell on herself until she was hundreds of yalms tall.

She then sat on the stone bridge and crossed her legs, picking up the mighty dragon, which was now no bigger than a small lizard to her, and grabbed it by its tail, dangling him in front of her. With a great roar in fury, Nidhogg spewed fire at her face, but to Y’shtola, it was a cute little fireball.

The soldiers of Ishgard watched in awe as the sudden appearance of the giant mage effortlessly dangled the dragon by its tail. They then realized the damages she had unintentionally created. The stone bridge was cracking underneath her rear and her staff rested upon the city itself, damaging some of its walls.

However, Y’shtola was too engrossed with the tiny creature to notice. “How quaint” she chuckled, amused at the beast’s plight and clearly enjoying her new size. “I should use this spell more often. I wonder what the Warrior of Light would think of it.” She thought about their reaction and smiled, unaware of tiny soldiers next to her.
