After taking out Copperhead, Black Mamba was determined to continue her revenge against the Deadly Viper. She went to Japan to eliminate the powerful O-Ren Ishii.
The woman, unfortunately for Black Mamba, had very knowledgeable informants who informed her of Black Mamba's arrival, so she was prepared. The same moment Black Mamba entered O-Ren's place, she was hit by a green beam that reduced her to the size of a bug.
