For several days Prof. Lydia, now 12 feet tall and rather insane, had terrorized the labs, embarking on bizarre experiments and making several staff members (including a security guard) go missing.
Desperate for a solution, some of the scientists managed to get Tanya's cage into the outer lab, hoping she might have an idea as to how they could contain Lydia. Her idea was to pump some of her reagent into the main lab's sprinklers so that they shrink Lydia back down to a more manageable size.
Unfortunately, Lydia was crazy, not blind. She saw what they were up to and, knowing the layout of the lab, crushed several of the sprinkler pipes as they turned on the flow. The pipes in the outer lab burst, showering the scientists with the reagent and shrinking them all to a tiny size.
Looking on from her sealed hamster cage, Tanya once more raged at how yet another of her plans had backfired.
