Mom is an inventor and has invented a shrink ray. The teenage kids get bored and the sister ends up shrinking her brother for fun. The sister plays with her brother like a doll, then shrinks herself. Mom comes home and is unaware of them until she is having a bath where she finds them swimming in the bath. She then proceeds to play with them as punishment.
