After venturing out into the Gulf of Mexico on a mission for the Blue Steel Fleet, Takao and her Captain engaged in a battle against the Fog battleships Bismarck and Tirpitz.

The battle seemed to be going awry when she was given an amazing stockpile of nanites, which Takao used to enhance her warfighting capacity in a radical new fashion (that she's sure her beloved Captain Corbec will love)!
