During the climatic airport battle of the Avengers civil war, Ant-Man is fighting against Black Widow while tiny and attempts to super-size a nearby ant to help him attack her.
However, he screws up his throw and the growth disk hits the Scarlet Witch instead and increases her height to 100ft. After the initial shock, Wanda quickly sees the benefits of her new size and continues to fight while Tony's side desperately tries to bring her down.
